Which boy?

In the Aitarēya Brāhmana, his father Ajigart sold him to Harishchandra; in the Rāmāyanā, his father was Rīchika, who sold him to Ambarīsh. In both narratives he is rescued and adopted by Vishwāmitra. Who is this?
